Join LGBTQ Outdoors and Central Texas Gay Camping for a special weekend of camping, hiking, food, games, and holiday fun at Palmetto State Park! We’re excited to bring our two outdoor communities together for a festive weekend in the outdoors.
We’ll arrive Friday to set up camp, relax, and hang out around the campground. On Saturday, we’ll meet for a 2-mile hike at 1PM, followed by our holiday potluck at 5PM. After we eat, we’ll have a White Elephant gift exchange and some fun holiday games. Bring a dish to share and a wrapped White Elephant gift if you’d like to participate!
You’re welcome to camp with us for the entire weekend or join us just for Saturday’s hike and potluck. Just let us know whether you’ll be camping with the group or coming for the day. We have reserved a group camping area as well as a pavilion for the potluck, but attendees will need to pay the Palmetto State Park entry fee. We’re excited to combine forces with Central Texas Gay Camping and look forward to celebrating the holidays with y’all!
