What the Survey Covers
The LOVS survey helps us better understand:
Discrimination & Belonging – Have you ever felt unsafe or excluded in an outdoor setting? We want to know.
Interests & Engagement – What kind of outdoor activities light you up? Your insights help shape future events and clinics.
Representation in the Industry – Where are LGBTQIA+ folks showing up—and where are we still being overlooked?
Your story helps us advocate for safe and inclusive outdoor experiences for everyone in our community.
What You Should Know
• Takes just 2 minutes to complete
• Completely anonymous & confidential
• No personal data will be shared or published
• Participation is 100% voluntary—you can skip any question or stop at any time
There are currently no national data sets about LGBTQIA+ people in the outdoors. This survey is our chance to change that—and claim a bigger seat at the table.
