Join LGBTQ Outdoors for a moderate-effort sunset hike at Staunton State Park on Saturday, April 25. We’ll meet at 5:00 PM and hike about 4.4 miles with 1,009 feet of elevation gain on our way to Staunton Ranch Overlook. Our goal is to arrive by about 7:00 PM so we have time to relax, take in the views, and enjoy sunset together around 7:49 PM. Expect a friendly pace, beautiful scenery, and a fun spring evening outdoors in community. Please bring water, layers, and anything you’d like for a sunset break at the overlook. The return hike will likely be chilly and in twilight or darkness, so a headlamp or flashlight is required.
