Celebrate the Spring Equinox with instruction-focused, beginner-friendly Tai Chi held outdoors on a farm where rescued animals roam freely. This gathering is designed for people who are new to Tai Chi or returning to the basics, with clear teaching, demonstration, and guided practice throughout each session. No prior experience is needed. Practice takes place in open space surrounded by pasture and woods, using the equinox as a natural moment to slow down, reset, and welcome the return of light with new and familiar faces.

The schedule is simple and intentional. Tai Chi instruction begins at 4:00 pm, followed by a campfire at 7:00 pm. Free camping and free indoor floor space are available on site so no one has to drive after dark. For those who stay overnight, Tai Chi instruction resumes the next morning at 9:00 am, offering a chance to reinforce what was learned the day before before heading home.

All Tai Chi sessions are taught outdoors. Participants are welcome to arrive anytime before 4:00 pm to set up tents, settle in, take a walk, hike, or enjoy the Vermont landscape. Camping is optional, and nearby accommodations and restaurants are available for those who prefer not to stay on site.

This is not a retreat. It is simply clear, accessible Tai Chi instruction, practiced outdoors, shared around a campfire, and continued the following morning for anyone who chooses to stay.
