We are excited to announce our late winter moderately difficult hike at Mount Falcon Park near Morrison, Colorado, at the Morrison Trailhead. We will begin by ascending hundreds of feet up Castle Trail (1.3 miles), to then take a turn onto Turkey Trot Trail (1.7 miles) on our return route. While challenging because of the initial elevation gain, the trail is short at 3 miles total, and we anticipate completing the hike in two hours. This adventure will be a good chance to get outdoors, meet some new wonderful people, and appreciate the incredible views of both Downtown Denver and Red Rocks Amphitheater. Dogs are welcome, but this trail gets busy, it's a bit narrow, and the Castle Trail is a mixed-use trail, so bring your pups (or not) with that in mind.
